1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing arabicseo.services or engaging Arabic SEO Services for professional search engine optimization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Arabic SEO Services provides professional Arabic search engine optimization services including but not limited to: Arabic keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO for RTL websites, Arabic content strategy, local SEO for MENA markets, link building, and SEO audits. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide timely access to website backends, analytics accounts, and Search/brand guidelines necessary for SEO work
• Review and approve content and technical recommendations within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have legal rights to all content, trademarks, and materials provided to us
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to promote content that violates applicable laws or cultural norms in target MENA markets

4. SEO Performance Disclaimer

Search engine optimization results depend on numerous factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape shifts, and client implementation of recommendations. While we apply industry best practices and leverage deep expertise in Arabic SEO, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Past performance referenced in case studies does not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on arabicseo.services — including text, graphics, logos, blog articles, and case studies — is the intellectual property of Arabic SEO Services and protected by copyright law. Client-specific deliverables created under service agreements become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during engagements. We will not disclose client strategies, analytics data, or business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, billing cycles, and service fees are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in the agreement. Upon termination, clients retain all completed deliverables for which payment has been received. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arabic SEO Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arabic SEO Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content provided by the client, the client's products or services, or the client's violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
